Gluten Free Bread Rolls
  1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, gluten free oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Blend the mixture with a stick blender or food processor.

  3. Place the mixture on a lined baking tray, making either 4 large mounds or 8 mini mounds.

  4. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds or chia seeds.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.

  6. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

  7. Slice the rolls in half and fill with your favorite sandwich fillings.
