  1. In a big pot, cook the bacon until it is crunchy. Take out of the pot and place to the side.

  2. In one pot, cook the ground beef until it turns brown. Put the onions and mushrooms in and cook until they become soft.

  3. Add the beef broth and heat until it starts to bubble. Cook it for approximately 10 minutes.

  4. Mix the thick cream and Swiss cheese until they are melted and well mixed together.

  5. Add salt and pepper to your liking.

  6. Serve the dish hot, topped with crunchy bacon and chopped green onions.
