Mukhwas (7 Seed Mix) - For Perimenopause
  1. Add lemon juice turmeric salt and water to make liquid paste. Mix all other ingredients in this paste properly except ajwain, mishri (rock sugar) or jaggery.

  2. Allow the seeds to soak for 30 minutes so that the seeds turn moist from the inside.

  3. After 30 minutes, the water will well absorbed by the seeds.

  4. After that dry roast till all moisture evaporates & becomes dry.

  5. Add jaggery powder/mishri & Ajwain at the end.

  6. Continue to roast until the seeds turn crunchy & dry.

  7. Keep in Airtight, cool dry place. Can be stored for 2-3 weeks.
