Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
In a blender or bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
Gently fold in almond flour and mixed berries until evenly distributed in the mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
