Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Pam spray a 24 mini-muffin pan.
Sprinkle the flour on the work surface.
Unfold the pastry sheet on the work surface.
Roll the pastry sheet into a 8x12-inch rectangle.
Cut the pastry sheet into 24 (2 inch) squares.
Press the pastry squares into 24 (1 ¾-inch) mini muffin-pan cups.
Put a small dot of mustard in each cup. Top with a small square of American cheese slice. Alternately, put a small amount of your favorite jam on the bottom of the pastry cup, or a combination of fillings.
Put kielbasa slice on top.
Bake for 16 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.
Sprinkle the pastries with the parsley before serving.
