Add cooked broccoli, eggs & salt to a blender and blend until super duper smooth.
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray then spoon in the mixture. I used a 28cm pan so I used ½ a cup per wrap which delivered 4 wraps. You can use a smaller pan if you want, but just use a ⅓ cup of the mixture.
Spread to the edges then cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift and you can flip it.
Cook for another minute or two then rinse your pan to cool down and repeat.
Leave the wraps to cool completely before using as they're quite fragile.
You can add 60g of oats and ⅓ cup of water if you want sturdier tortillas.
