Homemade Mortadella
  1. Blend chicken, starch, olive oil, salt, pepper, and water in a food processor until smooth

  2. Fold in pistachios by hand

  3. Grease glasses with olive oil

  4. Coat the inside of glasses with freshly ground black pepper

  5. Fill glasses with the chicken mixture by pressing it down

  6. Place glasses in a pot and add water until it reaches halfway up the glasses

  7. Cook for 1 hour on the stovetop

  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours

  9. Slice and serve
