Energising Cacao Buckwheat Banana Bread
  1. Pre heat your oven to 175 c

  2. Mix the dry in one bowl, whizz the wet in a bullet or blender. Pour the wet into the dry, fold in and add the seeds and nuts. Mix until just combined, top with sliced banana and a sprinkle of sugar, then bake for 40 mins, or until a knife/toothpick comes out clean.

  3. Serve a thick slice with peanut butter and berries!
