Grandma’s Chicken And Rice
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

  2. To a bowl add in all of your seasonings and mix together well.

  3. Next, add olive oil to the chicken along with seasonings. Mix Well.

  4. Next, heat your butter in a pan on medium-high until melted.

  5. Add your seasoned chicken to the pan and allow to sear on both sides of the chicken for 5 minutes.

  6. Remove the chicken from the pan and sit to the side

  7. Add in your chopped onions and bell peppers(sauté until slightly browned)

  8. Next, Add in your white rice.

  9. Next, stir the rice for 3 to 4 minutes and stir in your chicken broth.

  10. Add your chicken back into the pot of rice

  11. Place in the oven uncovered for 35 minutes or until the liquid has fully dissolved in the the chicken and rice

  12. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
