Crispy Fried Pickle Fritters
  1. Drain your pickles and chop them into fine pieces

  2. Mix the chopped pickles with the frying mix until you get a nice thick batter

  3. Heat oil in a skillet

  4. Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown

  5. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels

  6. Return the fritters to the skillet and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes per side

  7. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping
