Drain your pickles and chop them into fine pieces
Mix the chopped pickles with the frying mix until you get a nice thick batter
Heat oil in a skillet
Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
Remove from oil, drain on paper towels
Return the fritters to the skillet and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes per side
Serve with ranch dressing for dipping
