Whisk eggs with salt and sugar.
Add half the flour and mix until smooth (no lumps).
Pour in the milk, mix again, then add the remaining flour.
Slowly add hot boiling water while mixing, then stir in the oil.
Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
Cook on a medium-high heat skillet, lightly brushed with butter.
Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl, and cook until lightly golden on both sides.
Serve warm with your favourite toppings — jam, sour cream, honey, or fresh berries.
