Italian Penicillin (pastina Soup)
  1. In a stock pot, combine water and chicken broth.

  2. Add all vegetables and bring to a boil on medium high heat.

  3. Once boiling, bring heat to medium low and cover partially and cook for 45 minutes.

  4. After 45 minutes, with a slotted spoon, remove veggies from broth and place in blender with 2 full ladles of broth and the chicken bouillon.

  5. Blend and add back to broth.

  6. Cook your favorite pasta (separately) and pour broth mix over.

  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
