Battered Fried Chicken Wings
  1. Season the chicken wings with the seasoned salt, chicken bouillon, complete seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Rub the seasoning into the wings and let them marinate for 1-2 hours.

  2. Make the batter by mixing the self rising flour and cornstarch. Add the ice water and mix until the batter is the right consistency - not too thick or too thin.

  3. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry the seasoned chicken wings in the batter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining wings.
