Begin by lightly stretching a small piece of pizza dough.
Place fresh mozzarella in the center of the stretched dough and shape the dough into a ball around it.
Drizzle the ball with olive oil and sprinkle your choice of dried herbs on top.
Add grated Parmesan over the herbs.
Bake in the oven at 450°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
