Slow Cooker Quesabirria Burritos
  1. Salt surface of each piece of steak before adding to slow cooker

  2. Cook on Low for 7-8 hours

  3. For the burrito filling: add rice, reduced fat mozzarella, fat free mozzarella, plain Greek yogurt or sour cream, chopped cilantro, and diced white onions

  4. To assemble the burritos, place the burrito filling on the tortillas

  5. To reheat: remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2-3 mins, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up the tortilla, or pan fry
