Boil your choice of ramen until al dente. Once it's cooked you can rinse the noodles with cold water and set aside. (Set aside the flavoring packet for later)
We will then heat up a cup and a half or two cups of sharp cheddar cheese in a small skillet and let it melt. (Do this on medium heat so it doesn't crisp)
We will then add 2 tbsp of your choice of hot sauce along with ⅓ cup of heavy cream. Stir the cheese sauce until everything is well incorporated and bring it to a simmer
Add in your ramen noodles along with the flavoring packet and stir well
Add it to a plate and garnish with green onion
