Combine pork filling ingredients: 500g ground pork, 100g cabbage, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp ginger, 3 spring onions, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (optional), salt and white pepper.
Layer the lasagna: Use ½ pack dumpling or wonton wrappers, 500ml My Perfect Master Stock (reserving 100ml for layering).
Garnish with chilli crisp oil, finely sliced spring onions, sesame seeds (optional), black vinegar, and soy sauce.
