Butterscotch Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Cream butter, sugar, golden syrup and essence until light & fluffy.

  3. Stir in sifted flour & mix until combined.

  4. Roll into 2cm balls.

  5. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper, flatten slightly with a fork.

  6. Bake 15-20 mins and enjoy!
