  1. Mix ground lamb with minced white onion, shallot, and garlic

  2. Add oregano, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon to the lamb mixture

  3. Combine all ingredients thoroughly

  4. Bake at 400F until internal temperature reaches 155F

  5. Allow to rest for 20-30 minutes before slicing

  6. Serve on pitas with tomatoes and red onions

  7. Top with white sauce
