Garlic Butter
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and butter.
Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and rise 1 hour.
Form into a loaf.
Place in a loaf pan.
Rise again 30–40 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for ~30 minutes.
Let cool, then cut very thick slices (¾–1 inch).
Toast those slices with the garlic butter method below.

Mix all garlic butter ingredients.
Slice bread ¾–1 inch thick.
Spread a generous layer of the butter mixture.
Place under the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
Flip and toast the other side briefly if desired.
