Chinese Beef Noodles
  1. Trim fat from steak, slice thin across grain.

  2. Place in bag with vinegar, 3 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate 1+ hours.

  3. Boil noodles per package, rinse under cold water. Drain well.

  4. Boil broccoli and sweet corn for 3 minutes. Drain.

  5. Heat wok 5 minutes. Sear beef in oil 2-3 min. Remove.

  6. Stir-fry vegetables 5 min. Push aside, scramble egg, mix together.

  7. Add noodles, beef, remaining marinade. Stir-fry 2 min.

  8. Add oyster sauce, rest of soy/sesame oil. Mix well. Serve with chili oil.
