Peanut Butter
  1. Add the peanuts to a food processor and pulse until they start to form a paste.

  2. Add in 1 teaspoon of white sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  3. Pulse the mixture again until it becomes smooth.

  4. Taste and add more sugar or salt if desired.

  5. Transfer the peanut butter to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
