Pour your cool whipping cream into a deep bowl. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the cream on high for at least three minutes until it reaches soft peaks.
In a separate bowl, pour in the condensed milk. Then, slowly add your Guinness. Give this a good mix.
Gently pour the Guinness-condensed milk mixture back into your whipped cream. Fold it in slowly.
Adjust the amount of Guinness to your taste, mixing it in gently.
Pour the mixture into a container with a very tight seal.
Put this mixture into the freezer for at least six hours, ensuring it's fully covered.
Once six hours are up, use a scoop dipped in warm water for serving.
