Bake rice at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, stirring a few times to ensure even crispiness
Cook chicken tenders in airfryer at 190°C for 12 minutes
Slice Lebanese cucumbers thinly
Cube avocado
Mix greek yogurt, perinaise, sriracha, sweet chilli sauce and rice wine vinegar to make dressing
Combine cucumbers, edamame, avocado, green onion and cooked chicken in a bowl
Top with crispy rice and sesame seeds
Drizzle with dressing and serve
