Heat wok on high. Add beef and salt. Cook for about 3 minutes. Then, add garlic and cook, continually stirring for another 1 minute. Add stir fry vegetables.
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
To make the sauce, to a saucepan add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sriracha, hot honey, and sesame seed oil. Into wok with beef and vegetables, add cooked noodles and sauce. Cook 1-2 more minutes. Toss until fully coated. Serve hot and enjoy!
