Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Open the roll of pizza dough and remove from the package. On a clean work surface, roll the pizza dough out to about 16-inches wide by 10-inches tall.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and granulated garlic; spread this mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the mayonnaise, then lay the ham slices on top; sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheese.
Roll up the dough encasing the filling inside; using a sharp serrated knife, cut the log of dough into 8 rolls.
Place the rolls onto a 9×13-inch greased, rimmed baking sheet or a 9×13-inch greased baking dish.
Bake the ham and cheese rolls on the center oven rack, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, or until baked throughout and deep golden brown in color.
If desired, gently brush the warm rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve at once.
