Canelé
  1. Heat up the milk with the butter until completely dissolved.

  2. In a Bowl mix yolks, egg, sugar, salt and stir.

  3. Add the flour and mix.

  4. Incorporate in small portions all the milk mixture.

  5. Add Vanilla, Rum and orange peel.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

  7. Take out of the fridge and strain.

  8. Put butter in the molds and pour in the mixture.

  9. Bake at 475°F or 250°C for 10 minutes and Then at 350°F or 180°C for 60 minutes.
