Slice potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bake on 400º for 25-30 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes.
To make the sauce, combine: miso paste, hot honey, olive oil, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Drizzle the sauce into the potatoes. Top with sesame seeds and furikake.
