Season chicken with curry powder, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper and oil
Pan fry the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes and remove and set aside
In the same pan, add onion and garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes
Add red curry paste and mix well
Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer
Add udon noodles and chicken
Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes
