Preparation
1 In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients aside from the ground beef.
2 Add in ground beef and mix until well incorporated.
3 Spread the ground beef mixture onto a dehydrator tray as evenly and thinly as possible.
4 Dehydrate at 160 degrees F for 6 hours or until jerky reaches desired doneness.
5 Allow the jerky to cool completely before storing.
