Quesabirria Tacos
  1. Boil brisket in a pot of water.

  2. After 5-10 mins when the chiles get soft, strain it and blend together with the other ingredients.

  3. Make sure to save the water.

  4. In a pot, add 1 cup of vegetable oil and add the chile paste.

  5. Add the brisket meat.

  6. Then add the chile water enough to cover all the meats.

  7. Boil for 3-4 hours until meat is fork tender.
