Classic Pan-fried Tofu
  1. Dice the tofu and mix it with starch and fry with some oil in a pan until golden brown

  2. Turn down the heat and deglaze the tofu with tamari and/or soy sauce. Be careful here it may splatter- safety distance is better 😅 fry for about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Finally add some maple syrup, fry for a minute, so it can caramelize. Optionally serve with sesame seeds, green onion and citrus juice.
