Chocolate Orange Balls
  1. Add the cashews, dates, cacao & orange juice/zest to a food processor and blitz until combined.

  2. If your dates are a bit dry add a bit more juice - keep blending until soft and well combined.

  3. Roll into 16 balls and refrigerate whilst you melt the chocolate.

  4. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water.

  5. You can add a tsp of coconut oil to thin the chocolate slightly, so it is easier to coat the chocolate.

  6. Coat each ball fully in chocolate.

  7. Top with orange zest.

  8. Refrigerate to set.
