Pat cod dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt butter in skillet; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add cod strips, sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
In a bowl, whisk sweet chili, lime juice, zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
Drizzle sauce over cooked cod and simmer 30 seconds.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with rice or veggies.
