Spaghetti Al Limone
  1. Scrape off the zest of 1 lemon, then slice in half

  2. Throw your spaghetti into heavily salted boiling water

  3. After 5 mins, add 1 ladle of pasta water into a pan on medium heat, then squeeze in the juice of the lemon

  4. Add in your super Al dente spaghetti and allow it to finish cooking
