Cucumber, Tomato Onion Salad
  1. In a large bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add tomatoes, cucumber, and onion and toss well to combine.

  2. Let sit at room temperature at least 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.

  3. Before serving, sprinkle herbs over salad.
