5 Minute NO OVEN Pizza
  1. Heat a large fry pan with a medium heat

  2. Meanwhile, add the canned tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic infused olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme and onion powder into a bowl, season with sea salt & black pepper and whisk together

  3. Finely shredd the mozzarella cheese

  4. Evenly divide the tomato sauce over 4 pita breads and add the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce

  5. Drizzle ½ tbsp (8 ml) of garlic infused olive oil into the hot pan and add one of the pizzas, place a lid on the pan, cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, remove from the heat, cook the rest of the pizzas in the same method

  6. Serve the pizzas warm and sprinkled with chopped fresh basil, enjoy!
