Make Crepes
Combine milk, egg, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Add water and stir.
Gradually add maida to form a smooth batter.
Pour batter into a heated pan and spread evenly.
Cook 1-1.5 minutes per side.
Repeat to make 8-9 crepes.
Make Filling
Cook chicken until browned.
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala, salt, and yoghurt. Mix.
Cook 5-7 minutes on low heat until moisture evaporates.
Add onion and capsicum. Stir.
Add cheese slices and cook until melted.
Assemble and Cook Crepes
Spread maida paste on a crepe and fold.
Place filling in the center and fold into triangles, sealing edges with maida paste.
Heat oil in a pan.
Arrange folded crepes in the pan.
Cook 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.
