Chicken Shawarma Crepes

Make Crepes

  1. Combine milk, egg, salt, sugar, and pepper.

  2. Add water and stir.

  3. Gradually add maida to form a smooth batter.

  4. Pour batter into a heated pan and spread evenly.

  5. Cook 1-1.5 minutes per side.

  6. Repeat to make 8-9 crepes.

Make Filling

  1. Cook chicken until browned.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala, salt, and yoghurt. Mix.

  3. Cook 5-7 minutes on low heat until moisture evaporates.

  4. Add onion and capsicum. Stir.

  5. Add cheese slices and cook until melted.

Assemble and Cook Crepes

  1. Spread maida paste on a crepe and fold.

  2. Place filling in the center and fold into triangles, sealing edges with maida paste.

  3. Heat oil in a pan.

  4. Arrange folded crepes in the pan.

  5. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.
