Baked Figs With Goat Cheese And Prosciutto
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Cut the figs cross-wise from the top, halfway down the fruit being careful not to cut all the way through. Separate to create an opening on top.

  3. Scoop some goat cheese into the opening.

  4. Wrap each fig with proscuitto slice.

  5. Arrange them on a parchment lined baking tray.

  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.

  7. Top each fig with rosemary sprig.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes.

  9. Arrange on a platter with fresh rosemary to garnish and drizzle each fig with honey.
