Low Calorie Animal Style Fries
  1. Cut your potatoes into French fries, spray with cooking spray, and air fry at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. Then shake, spray again, then aggressively season with salt and cook for another 5-10 min

  2. Dice up one white onion and caramelized with 1-2 tbsp lite butter on low-medium heat for ~10 minutes until it's browned a bit. Add 1 tbsb Worcestershire and salt and pepper to taste and let caramelize for another 5 min

  3. Cook your ground beef on high heat to develop some crust. Mix after 2 minutes and add in 1 tbsp salt, garlic powder, paprika, and 2 tsp black pepper

  4. For your low calorie Animal Style sauce, mix 4 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp pickle juice, 2-3 tbsp of your caenrlized onions, and 0.5 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

  5. Assemble with your fries, beef, 3 slices of thin cheddar cheese, your sauce, and the rest of your onion
