Greek Frappe (340ml)
  1. Measure some instant coffee into the glass/cocktail shaker, optionally mix in sugar (5g μέτριος, 10g φραπέ γλυκό)

  2. Pour in the room temperature water (about 1cm)

  3. Use a cocktail shaker or small frappe blender to stir briefly (no more than 10 seconds). The cream should be fluid after whipping so that it can be better integrated with the other ingredients.

  4. Add ice

  5. Optionally, add milk (φραπέ με γάλα)

  6. Top up with cold water.
