Prepare 900g peeled and diced potatoes
Toss potatoes with 1 tsp olive oil and season with 1 tsp garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, and salt
Roast potatoes until crispy
Dice 900g chicken breast and season with 1 tsp smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a skillet and cook diced chicken with 4 garlic cloves
Once chicken is cooked, add 90g BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp honey, mix well
Top chicken with 100g light/low fat cheese
If using a skillet, bake in oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts; if using a regular pan, cover with lid on stove until cheese melts
Serve cheesy BBQ chicken with crispy potatoes
