  2. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or pan fry until browned and slightly crispy.

  3. For tzatziki, blend silken tofu, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and nutritional yeast.

  4. Stir in finely grated cucumber and fresh dill for tzatziki.
