Ginger Soy Baked Carrots With Almonds
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Add carrots along with the carrot ingredients. Toss together until the carrots are fully coated.

  3. Add carrots to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and silicone. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.

  4. Top carrots with almonds, red pepper flakes and scallions. Serve and enjoy.
