Umami Bomb Grain Bowl
  1. Roast garlic bulbs in tin foil for 40 minutes

  2. Blend together cashews, water, miso paste, ginger, roasted garlic, and spinach to make umami bomb sauce

  3. If blender is not powerful, soak cashews in boiling water first to soften

  4. Assemble bowl with cooked quinoa, roasted butternut squash, roasted broccoli, and cubed roasted chicken breast

  5. Top with ⅓ of the umami bomb sauce

  6. Top with something crunchy
