  1. Make the spice blend and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add onion and vegan sausage. Cook 5 minutes until softened and browned.

  4. Add beans, tomatoes, and vegetable stock. Scrape bottom, bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 20 minutes uncovered.
