Spray a 9x13 glass Pyrex pan with Pam.
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour into the pan.
Make the night before and refrigerate.
The next day, take it out of the fridge about ½ hour to come to room temperature.
Bake uncovered at 400° for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 350° and bake for 30 more minutes until light brown or a little longer (depending on your oven).
Leftovers keep for a few days or can be frozen and microwaved to reheat.
