Breakfast Egg Casserole
  1. Spray a 9x13 glass Pyrex pan with Pam.

  2. Mix all the ingredients.

  3. Pour into the pan.

  4. Make the night before and refrigerate.

  5. The next day, take it out of the fridge about ½ hour to come to room temperature.

  6. Bake uncovered at 400° for 10 minutes.

  7. Reduce to 350° and bake for 30 more minutes until light brown or a little longer (depending on your oven).

  8. Leftovers keep for a few days or can be frozen and microwaved to reheat.
