Cut the wings apart if they aren't separated into drumettes and flats. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Put the wings in a bowl and add the baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix.
Put the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 360 degrees F for 18 minutes, flipping once.
Verify the wings have reached 165 internally. Then, turn the heat to 400 degrees F and air fry for another 6 minutes.
While the wings cook. melt the butter and mix it with the Buffalo sauce.
Put the wings in a bowl and coat them with half the sauce.
Put the wings back in the air fryer and cook at 350 F for 3 minutes.
Serve with the remaining sauce.
