Homemade Milk Rice Cake
  1. Soak white rice in water for 2 hours.

  2. Add sugar and milk or soy milk to make it vegan.

  3. Add it to a blender.

  4. Do not waste.

  5. Blend on smoothing mode or high speed until smooth.

  6. Scoop 2 cupcake cups.

  7. The silicone ones are better.

  8. You can also use paper cups.

  9. Steam over medium high heat for 30 minutes.
