Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Artichokes
  1. Add artichokes to a bowl. Remove liquid and pat dry with a paper towel. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, juice or ½ lemon, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt + pepper to artichokes. Mix together.

  2. Add artichokes to the air fryer. Spray artichokes with cooking spray. Bake at 400F degrees for 12 minutes. Check halfway and flip if necessary.

  3. Add yogurt or Labneh to the bowl. Smooth out with the back of a spoon. Add the juice of ½ lemon, grated garlic and lemon zest. Mix together and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Top with salt & pepper. Once the artichokes are finished cooking, add them to the plate on top of the yogurt / Labneh.

  4. Finish with olive oil, chopped parsley, salt & pepper and some Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
